Michlhof

Ober'm Stadtweiher 36, 87435 Kempten, Germany

The Michlhof in Kempten is an event venue in a lovingly converted former farmhouse. On the edge of town, near the Stadtweiher nature reserve, event organisers will find a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery, while still being close to the city. The farmhouse and its outdoor grounds can be hired exclusively, allowing celebrations and events to take place in a private atmosphere.
Several areas are available for different group sizes. Michlstube is suitable for celebrations with up to 100 guests. The Tenne above it can accommodate around 80 to 160 people, depending on the seating arrangement, and combines exposed wooden beams with modern lighting technology. A projector and screen are available. The adjoining Heuberstube can also be used as a bar, break room or quiet space. The garden has room for receptions and outdoor wedding ceremonies. Around 40 parking spaces are available for guests directly at the venue.
The venue caters to couples, families and businesses. Michlhof is set up for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events and Christmas parties. Conferences, meetings and training sessions can also be combined with a meal or celebration. For weddings, outdoor ceremonies can be held in the garden or in Michlstube. Catering is provided by the kitchen at the nearby Hotel Waldhorn, while the Zuckerfheel patisserie can provide bespoke cakes and wedding cakes. Overnight accommodation is available at Hotel Waldhorn, which is about a ten-minute walk away.
