The Workshop

The Workshop is a community event space in Alpine, Utah, available to organisers looking for a welcoming place to bring people together. The venue can be rented for birthday parties, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, special dinners, retreats, business off-sites, lectures, recitals, celebrations and independently run classes or workshops. Organisers can arrange their own event and bring in food, hire a caterer or have food delivered.

Venue hire includes access to the main event area, tables and seating, as well as use of a kitchen area and restroom. The booking period includes time for setting up and clearing away, so organisers can plan those practical details within their reserved slot. The building is on one level with a flat entrance, making access easier for guests using wheelchairs, walkers or pushchairs. There are around 30 parking spaces on the property, with additional free street parking nearby when the lots are full.

The Workshop also runs a changing programme of public classes and creative workshops, led by local makers and guest instructors. Topics range across arts, crafts, food and practical skills, giving prospective hosts a sense of the space's community-focused character. Instructors can enquire about joining the curated programme, where the venue works with them on scheduling and ticketing support, or rent the space to run an independent class themselves. For private bookings, organisers can share their preferred date, estimated guest numbers and event type to check availability and discuss arrangements.
