La Salle Saint-Jean is a multipurpose municipal venue available to hire in Saint-André-lez-Lille, in the Sainte-Hélène district. Covering 200 m², it hosts private receptions, community gatherings and business events. Organisers can bring together up to 150 people seated or 250 people standing, depending on the chosen layout. This makes it suitable for banquets, meals and drinks receptions.

To welcome guests, the venue has 31 tables, 150 chairs and crockery for 150 guests. A food-warming area is also available, allowing dishes brought by a caterer to be reheated. Cooking on site is not permitted. The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has a car park. There is also a bus stop nearby.

The venue is available on Fridays for set-up, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays for events. Booking requests are subject to approval by the municipal services and must be submitted in advance. Associations and legal entities can also request the venue, subject to the applicable municipal terms and conditions. When making a request, organisers should specify the type of event, the times, the number of attendees and the equipment required. This venue is a practical option for bringing guests together in an equipped space, with several possible layouts to suit the type of reception.
