The Historic Pritchard House

The Historic Pritchard House offers a distinctive setting for weddings, showers, private parties, luncheons, teas, dinner parties and meetings in Titusville, Florida. Built in 1891, this Queen Anne home retains the character of a late Victorian residence, making it a memorable choice for organisers seeking a historic backdrop rather than a conventional function room.

Events can be arranged in several parts of the property, including the dining room, parlor, wrap-around porch and Family History Gardens. The choice of indoor and outdoor areas gives organisers different settings for intimate gatherings, ceremonies, refreshments or a relaxed reception. The house's period details, antique furnishings and decorative features lend atmosphere to occasions where the surroundings are part of the experience.

The property is also operated as a house museum, with collections of antique furniture, china, glassware, linens, paintings, vintage clothing and other historic objects. This heritage character may suit organisers planning a gathering with a sense of place, or a wedding and celebration that calls for a distinctive historic location. The gardens offer an additional setting for guests and outdoor moments.

Alongside private hire, the Pritchard House welcomes visitors for reserved tours and holds public teas, exhibitions and seasonal events. Organisers can contact the venue directly to discuss rental arrangements and the spaces available for their occasion. Tours and public programmes have separate reservation arrangements, so event planners should confirm the details that apply to their booking.
