The space covers nearly 5,500 square feet and can be arranged for different event formats. It accommodates around 250 guests for seated events and up to 350 standing. A stage and performance area support bands, DJs and other entertainment, while the hardwood dance floor gives guests room to celebrate. Two full-service bars are available, and the venue includes a catering preparation room and a dressing room for event support. Tables and chairs are provided, and audio-visual equipment can be rented.

For event planners, Frank's Place offers a distinctive setting within a well-known downtown arts complex, with practical facilities for both formal gatherings and lively celebrations. Its adaptable layout can suit meetings and workshops as well as receptions, private parties and shows. Organisers can enquire about hire pricing and use the venue's floor plan to consider room arrangements when planning an event.
