The Meadow Event Park

The Meadow Event Park is a multi-purpose venue in Doswell, Virginia, with a range of indoor facilities and extensive outdoor space available to event organisers. Its grounds cover 331 acres and host events of many kinds, from weddings and corporate functions to trade shows, festivals, concerts and equine or livestock shows.

For exhibitions and larger gatherings, the Farm Bureau Center provides a climate-controlled hall of more than 63,000 square feet. Dividers can split the space into two areas, while adjacent outdoor pads and a festival loop offer room to extend an event beyond the building. The park's outdoor infrastructure includes multiple access gates, substantial parking, visitor routes, public toilets and a permanent ticket plaza.

Smaller and more personal occasions can be held at Meadow Hall, a historic-style mansion with two ballrooms, a gallery, a covered terrace, a bar and a caterer's kitchen. Its upstairs rooms can serve as bridal suites, breakout rooms or meeting spaces. The Meadow Pavilion is another option for conferences, banquets, celebrations and wedding receptions. For horse and livestock events, the dedicated complex includes permanent stalls, covered and outdoor arenas, show offices, exhibitor facilities and RV spaces. A small classroom building is available for meetings and gatherings.
