The Pritzlaff Building

The Pritzlaff Building is a historic Milwaukee venue for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Its restored industrial character, with cream city brick, arched windows and original structural details, gives events a distinctive setting while flexible layouts allow organisers to shape the space around their plans.

The venue offers 28,000 square feet across its 325 and 333 spaces, with additional options including a courtyard, rooftop access and private suites. It hosts occasions ranging from wedding ceremonies and receptions to galas, fundraisers, conferences, company meetings, holiday parties, award ceremonies and family celebrations. Different room configurations suit both seated dinners and larger social gatherings.

Organisers receive support from an event designer during the planning process, followed by a venue manager on the day. Rental arrangements include tables and chairs, private suites, security and access to the venue's bars. The team can also help coordinate event details, vendor access and the timeline. The building does not provide in-house audiovisual equipment, so organisers can work with an external production supplier.

Food and drink are arranged through the venue's approved catering partners, with Zilli Hospitality Group serving as its preferred caterer and handling bar services. The venue also offers optional enhancements such as lighting, draping and lounge furniture.
