Beardmore Event Center of Bellevue

Beardmore Event Center of Bellevue is a dedicated venue for weddings, business functions and social celebrations in Bellevue, Nebraska. Connected to the Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue, it brings event spaces, guest accommodation and on-site support together at one location. The centre offers around 18,000 square feet of flexible space across seven rooms, with options for both large gatherings and smaller sessions.

The La Belleview Ballroom is suited to wedding receptions, conferences, company celebrations and other large events. It can be arranged for up to 500 guests, while smaller breakout rooms can be configured in classroom or U-shaped layouts. Three pre-function areas give guests room to mingle before a meal or between programme sessions. For outdoor ceremonies and informal gatherings, the patio has a pergola and overlooks the Papillion Creek walking trail. It can accommodate up to 200 people in ceremony seating or 60 in lounge seating.

Wedding bookings can include an outdoor ceremony, ballroom reception, set-up and pack-down, and menus prepared by the venue's executive chef. Food options range from reception appetisers to plated dinners, buffets and late-event snacks. Corporate organisers can work with the chef and event planners on menus, room layouts, breakout requirements and event timings. The planning team also helps clients consider guest room blocks at the connected hotel, which has 122 rooms. Audio-visual technology, complimentary parking and dedicated event assistance add practical support for organisers planning a wedding, meeting, conference, family gathering or company party.
