In Saint-Pôtan, in Côtes-d'Armor, La Métairie de la Barre offers a countryside estate for weddings, birthdays and other private receptions. Set within a group of stone buildings, the property covers four hectares and offers several spaces for a festive day or a family stay.

Two reception rooms make it possible to tailor the venue to the size of the gathering. The Merlin room, at around 210 m², is suitable for larger groups, while the smaller Lancelot room is ideal for more intimate gatherings. A covered shelter, an inner courtyard, a terrace and green spaces provide further options for a drinks reception, a ceremony or time outdoors. There is also parking on the estate.

Organisers can arrange for their guests to stay on site in the rooms and the caravan, extending the celebration over several days. Packages are available for booking the rooms and accommodation, including a stay from Friday to Monday. The venue also offers additional services, details of which are available on request, and organisers can choose their own caterer.

The estate is particularly well suited to weddings and family celebrations, with spaces that make it easier to organise the different parts of the reception. Its countryside setting, close to Saint-Cast-le-Guildo and the coast, makes it an option for groups wishing to combine a reception and accommodation in one place. The prices listed on the official website apply from 1 January 2026.
