The Railhouse Event Center

The Railhouse Event Center is a historic warehouse venue in downtown Norman, Oklahoma, available to hire for weddings, receptions, private celebrations, meetings and other special events. Its restored industrial character includes high wooden barrel ceilings, original oak flooring and large windows, giving organisers a distinctive setting to shape around their occasion.

The main hall covers approximately 3,610 square feet and can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, with higher capacity for standing events. The venue provides tables and chairs, indoor string lighting, a portable bar, a catering preparation kitchen, Wi-Fi, a sound system, wireless microphones, and a projector with screen. There is also outdoor space for guests, along with a designated parking area and nearby public parking. Wedding bookings can include access to separate bridal and groom suites.

Organisers can choose their own licensed vendors, including caterers and bar services, and may arrange a venue visit while planning. The rental gives clients flexibility to arrange the room and decorations to suit their event. Setup and cleaning are generally the client's responsibility, although paid setup and cleanup options are available. Alcohol is permitted when served by a properly licensed and insured bar service.

With its combination of character, practical facilities and adaptable indoor and outdoor areas, The Railhouse suits couples planning a wedding as well as businesses and families looking for a privately hired event space. The venue team can discuss availability, tours and booking arrangements directly with organisers.
