Dorfsaal Oudler is a modern event venue in Burg-Reuland, in the German-speaking east of Belgium. The facilities include two halls that can be used separately or together, as well as an outdoor area for activities in the open air.
The large hall offers 390 m² and is suitable for larger gatherings, parties, performances and events with a stage. The modular stage can be set at different heights or lowered completely, allowing the layout of the hall to be tailored to the programme. There is a bar with a draught system, access to the kitchen and a cold room. Other facilities include a projection screen and projector, Wi-Fi, and basic lighting and sound equipment.
For smaller groups, there is a 110 m² hall with its own bar, refrigerators and freezers, and mood lighting. The space is suitable for birthdays, communions, wedding celebrations, talks and meetings, among other occasions. It can also serve as additional space for an event in the large hall, for example as a buffet room or performers' dressing room.
Both halls provide direct access to the outdoor area. This can be used for a terrace set-up, a barbecue or a marquee. The venue is wheelchair accessible, including the stage via a lift, and has 33 parking spaces. Organisers can request a visit in advance and enquire about availability and their preferred combination of halls, outdoor space and facilities via the booking form.
