Harper Hill Ranch

Set on a 128-acre ranch near Seguin, Harper Hill Ranch offers a country setting for weddings and other celebrations in the Texas Hill Country. The venue centres on a temperature-controlled barn, with room for up to 250 guests. Stained-glass windows, chandeliers, reclaimed wood details and a covered patio give the space a distinctive look, while a caterer's kitchen, two bar areas and separate bridal and groom suites support the practical needs of an event day.

Couples can choose between indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, including an open-air chapel. The barn can be arranged for ceremonies and receptions, with the layout adapted for dining, dancing and guest areas. For smaller gatherings, the ranch also offers ceremony-only options on selected Sundays, including elopements and minimonies. The venue is available for non-wedding events and photo sessions too, with organisers invited to enquire about suitable arrangements.

For a longer wedding celebration, accommodation is available on site. The historic ranch house sleeps up to 27 people and has a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and games spaces. A suite above the barn provides additional overnight accommodation. Weekend packages can include a two-night stay, time for decorating and a space for a rehearsal dinner, allowing couples and their guests to spend more time together at the property.

Harper Hill Ranch does not provide in-house catering or bartending, so organisers bring in suitable licensed caterers and arrange bar service separately. Tours are by appointment, and the venue's calendar helps couples check booked dates as they plan their event.
