The Woodford Event Room

The Woodford is an event venue in downtown Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, with two spaces available to hire for celebrations and business functions. The larger Event Room can host gatherings of around 50 to 250 people, while the Party Room is suited to smaller occasions of approximately 15 to 50 guests. Together, the rooms provide options for both intimate get-togethers and larger events.

The venue welcomes wedding celebrations, receptions and showers, as well as birthdays, baby showers, graduation parties, family reunions, sweet sixteens and quinceañeras. Organisers can also enquire about corporate events, company functions, proms, homecomings, sporting gatherings, karaoke and live music. This broad range makes the space suitable for private hosts, couples and organisations looking for a bookable local venue.

Facilities include a prep kitchen, full bathrooms and dedicated parking, with additional street parking nearby. The venue describes its building and rooms as offering distinctive settings for photographs, adding character to occasions without requiring organisers to choose a conventional function hall. Its central location places it within reach of Lexington, Frankfort and Louisville, and in the heart of Lawrenceburg.

When making an enquiry, organisers can specify which room they prefer and the date they have in mind. The Woodford provides the venue for the gathering, with capacity and facilities to suit different event sizes and formats. Whether planning a wedding reception, a family celebration or a corporate function, event planners can consider the larger Event Room or the more intimate Party Room according to their guest list and occasion.
