The Salle des fêtes de Wancourt welcomes organisers looking for a venue for a private or family reception. It can host weddings, christenings and birthday celebrations, among other events. The main room covers 193 m² and can be arranged to accommodate up to 120 people seated or 150 people standing. An adjoining 24 m² room, separated by a movable partition, allows the space to be adapted to the needs of the event.

Organisers have access to a bar, a 10.5 m² stage and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing food and managing service. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hobs, refrigerators, a freezer and a dishwasher in the back kitchen. Tables and chairs are also available, along with a cloakroom, toilets, a foyer and a storage area. These facilities provide a practical base for organising a meal, party or reception in the town.

The venue can be hired for a day or a weekend, with different rates for Wancourt residents and people from outside the area. Shorter time slots are also available for certain uses. Tableware can be provided for an additional fee, and separate charges may apply for electricity and cleaning. Bookings are made through the town hall. This community venue is a practical option for organisers who want to bring their guests together in a flexible space, with a kitchen and reception facilities on site.
