Domaine de la Belle Métairie

La Belle Métairie, 72500 La Bruère-sur-Loir, France

In the south of Sarthe, Domaine de la Belle Métairie welcomes organisers of weddings, birthdays, christenings, family gatherings and seminars in a peaceful rural setting. Housed in a renovated former manor house, its reception room combines exposed stonework with old beams. Covering around 100 m², it can accommodate up to 80 or 90 people seated and has an adjoining catering area.

The estate also has three self-contained holiday cottages, providing on-site accommodation for up to around 30 people. This allows guests to extend the celebration and enjoy the venue without having to drive after the reception. The accommodation varies in size and layout, including one cottage with an indoor spa. The grounds, with around one hectare of landscaped parkland, offer several outdoor spaces for guests to gather or for activities to take place.

To complement the venue hire, the estate offers a range of services to suit different needs: meals prepared by the on-site caterer, laundry and bed preparation, cleaning, and the hire of party equipment and facilities. Options include a marquee, a gazebo, a beer pump, a spit-roast trailer and an inflatable structure for children. Childcare can also be arranged.

The venue is particularly suited to private celebrations where the room, accommodation and additional services are all available in one place. Organisers can choose the services they need and plan an event to suit their guests in a peaceful, green setting.
