The commune specifically mentions hire for a drinks reception and for a meal held at the weekend, two options suited to a reception or celebration.
Bookings are managed by Chépy town hall. The published rates distinguish between residents of the commune and people from outside it, allowing organisers to check which terms apply to them. The rates page also includes charges per cover, depending on the option chosen, as well as a deposit and cleaning fees. As amounts and conditions may be updated, it is best to confirm them directly with the town hall before finalising the budget.
Located on rue du Bois, the hall offers a local option for holding a reception in the village rather than at home. Organisers can contact the municipal services to ask about available dates, booking details, the facilities provided and the rules for using the venue. This information is useful when preparing to welcome guests and identifying any additional event requirements. salle Marcel Monchaux is therefore suited to people looking to hire a municipal venue in Chépy for a drinks reception or a weekend meal, with hire terms managed by the commune.
