Moormühle

Oldhorster Moor 4, 31303 Burgdorf, Germany

Moormühle is an event venue in Burgdorf for weddings, non-religious wedding ceremonies, private celebrations and corporate events. The estate is set in a natural environment and includes extensive outdoor areas with meadows, mature trees and three ponds. A courtyard with a thatched roof and a Traupavillon provide options for outdoor ceremonies. If the weather is poor, the Trauzimmer in the Kate offers a sheltered alternative.
There are several rooms with different styles for celebrations. The Dinner-Saal can accommodate up to 124 guests and can be set up to suit the number of guests. Other areas, such as the Mühlensteinraum, a bar and the outdoor area, offer different spaces for the reception, dining and socialising afterwards. The venue lists weddings, non-religious wedding ceremonies and private celebrations for groups of 80 or more, as well as corporate events for groups of 100 or more.
The kitchen prepares fresh food and offers, among other things, menus for special occasions. Before an event, hosts can sample dishes at a tasting and discuss their menu preferences. Corporate clients can arrange events such as Christmas parties, staff parties, customer evenings and gala dinners. The team can also help plan and organise the event on request, and put clients in touch with suppliers such as photographers and DJs. Visits can be arranged by appointment, including in the evenings and at weekends. This gives event planners the chance to explore the rooms, courtyard and garden in advance and agree on the areas best suited to their planned event.
