SkyView on Hay

SkyView on Hay is an event venue in downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina, offering flexible spaces for weddings, receptions, meetings and celebrations. Set in a restored mid-century modern building on historic Hay Street, it has four options: the Ballroom, Level 2, Garden Terrace and Garden View. Organisers can book a space to suit their guest numbers and event style, with room layouts adaptable for seated meals, presentations, workshops or cocktail gatherings. Spaces can also be combined for larger occasions.

The venue welcomes couples planning ceremonies and receptions, as well as organisers of birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirement parties, community events, board meetings and training sessions. Its team provides on-site support and can assist with planning and day-of coordination. Tables and chairs are available, and organisers can request set-up and clean-up, linens, décor, floral details, arches, pipe and drape, and audio-visual equipment. Meeting organisers can also enquire about Wi-Fi and AV support.

Two food-preparation areas are available for catering arrangements. Organisers may bring their own caterer, while the venue offers licensed bar service for beer, wine and spirits. Event planners can arrange a tour, discuss availability and ask about rates, packages and optional services directly with the venue. Its central location places guests close to downtown Fayetteville amenities, with public parking nearby. The flexible room choices and practical event support make SkyView on Hay suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger functions.
