Hit it Happiness

Ceintuurbaan Noord 112, 9301 NZ Roden, Netherlands

Hit it Happiness offers active group outings with Drumplezier, where participants drum together to music. The workshops are intended for corporate outings, team days, family celebrations, birthdays and hen and stag parties, among other occasions. No drumming experience is needed: the instructor introduces simple rhythms and helps the group play together. It is not about putting on a perfect performance, but about joining in, having fun and getting completely lost in the music for a while.

The drumming activities suit a wide range of ages and group sizes. Depending on the option chosen, groups can take part in a one-hour session or a more extensive programme with two sessions, a break, snacks and drinks. For groups looking to make a full day of it, there is also an option to combine the activity with dinner at a nearby restaurant. A drinks reception with snacks can be added to certain options.

The approach is energetic and welcoming. Each participant gets a drum kit and discovers, step by step, how to build a rhythm with the group. This makes the activity suitable for colleagues and other groups who want to try something new together, even if not everyone feels immediately comfortable making music. The sessions take place in Roden, where Hit it Happiness is based. Organisers can enquire about the available options and what would work for their group. Hit it Happiness thus offers a guided musical group activity for anyone looking to add drumming together to a team outing or celebration.
