The 1912

The 1912 is a historic event space in Richland Center, Wisconsin, available to hire for weddings, private parties and other private gatherings. It occupies the original 1912 warehouse associated with the A.D. German Wholesale Company, a building with local heritage and a characterful setting for occasions that call for something different from a conventional function room.

The venue is operated by the A.D. German Warehouse Conservancy, which also cares for the neighbouring warehouse designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The two buildings form part of a historic site, giving event planners an opportunity to host guests in a place connected with the area's commercial and architectural past. The conservancy's website invites organisers to get in touch about rental rates and availability for celebrations and other private events.

The wider site also hosts public and community activities, including arts, music and fundraising events. These give prospective organisers a sense of the venue's role as a gathering place in Richland Center, while private hire allows the space to be considered for occasions planned by individuals, couples and groups. The buildings are historic, so event planners should contact the venue directly to discuss the intended format, access, practical arrangements and available dates before making plans.

For organisers seeking a locally distinctive setting for a wedding or private celebration, The 1912 offers a heritage backdrop in a central Richland Center location. Enquiries about hire are handled by the A.D. German Warehouse Conservancy, which can provide current details on rental arrangements and availability.
