Erlwein Forum im Ostra-Areal

Messering 8G, 01067 Dresden, Germany

The Erlwein Forum in the Ostra-Areal is a large event venue in Dresden for event planners looking for space for trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, meetings and corporate events. The approximately 4,560 m² of covered space provide plenty of room for a range of formats and can be divided into different areas using flexible partition walls. This allows organisers to adapt the hall to their concept and planned schedule.
The industrial atmosphere and daylight coming through the skylights shape the character of the venue. Depending on the seating and event concept, reception events for up to around 4,000 people are possible. The Ostra-Areal lists a capacity of around 2,400 guests for theatre-style seating and about 1,800 for banquets. Talks, presentations and workshops can also be held here.
Backstage rooms and a catering area for food and drink services complement the event space. The Forum is part of a larger site with additional halls and outdoor areas. Organisers can therefore use individual rooms or, for larger events, combine several areas. This makes the site suitable both for individual events and for formats with different programme and activity areas.
The venue is located on Messering in Dresden, close to the exhibition centre. For event planners, the Erlwein Forum offers a versatile hall solution when an event needs plenty of space, a flexible layout and a distinctive industrial setting.
