Seasons @ Guildford Cathedral

Set within the grounds of Guildford Cathedral, Seasons is a flexible venue in Guildford for organisers planning a celebration, business function or gathering. The café welcomes visitors during the day, while its open-plan space is available for private hire for events of up to 200 guests.

The venue suits a range of occasions, including wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate functions, dinners and meetings. Its layout can be adapted with partitions to create more private areas, which is useful for smaller gatherings or events with separate activities. A stage provides a focal point for speeches, presentations and live entertainment, and the fully stocked bar supports celebrations and receptions.

Food is part of the offering, with homemade, wholesome menus available for events. Organisers can discuss the arrangements with the event team to find an option that suits their occasion and guests. Seasons is also described as a setting for market fairs and other gatherings, so it can accommodate more than seated celebrations.

The cathedral grounds give the venue a distinctive setting, while on-site parking and access to Guildford and the A3 help with guest logistics. For planners seeking an adaptable space that combines event hire with food and bar facilities, Seasons offers a convenient base for occasions in Surrey. Contact the venue team to discuss availability, layout and event requirements.
