The Hofheimer

The Hofheimer offers event space in a historic, three-level building in Richmond's Scott's Addition neighbourhood. Its characterful setting combines original architectural features with flexible spaces suited to weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations.

The Loft is the larger event room, with an open layout, hardwood floors, exposed brick, tall windows and a skylight. It can accommodate up to 400 guests standing or 200 seated, making it suitable for receptions, dinners, presentations, galas, concerts and social occasions. For smaller gatherings, The Library provides a more intimate lounge-style setting that can host cocktail receptions, birthdays, baby showers and corporate retreats, or serve as an additional space alongside a larger event.

Event organisers can discuss layouts, food and drinks with the venue's event team. The Hofheimer offers catering and a cocktail menu, with event staff available to support service and the running of the space. The building also includes an on-site restaurant and a rooftop bar, giving guests options for dining and drinks as part of their visit.

With its mix of industrial details, historic character and city views, the venue provides a distinctive backdrop for both formal and relaxed occasions. Its event spaces can be arranged for a range of formats, from seated celebrations to standing receptions, exhibitions and presentations. The venue team handles enquiries and helps organisers plan the practical details for their booking.
