The Olde Stone Porch

The Olde Stone Porch is a family-operated wedding and celebration venue set on 80 acres near Ionia, Michigan. Its setting brings together a restored historic barn and an 1880s brick home, with gardens, open grounds and countryside views for gatherings with a relaxed, rustic character.

The venue is designed for wedding ceremonies and receptions of up to 200 guests. Couples can choose from several outdoor ceremony locations, including a koi pond, a historic gazebo, meadows and mature trees. The barn provides an indoor option for ceremonies and receptions, including when the weather changes. Tables and seating are available, and the venue team can arrange the room layout, assist with practical event-day tasks and handle cleaning after the celebration. Linen hire and some decor are also available.

Separate getting-ready spaces give wedding parties somewhere to prepare and take a break. The Parlour, in the historic home, includes seating, a dressing and make-up area, a kitchenette and a restroom. Luther's Lounge, in the former carriage house, offers another private space for attendants. Guests can also make use of outdoor gathering areas, a fire pit and on-site parking.

The Olde Stone Porch welcomes outside caterers and other chosen vendors, so organisers can shape the occasion around their own plans. In addition to weddings, the venue considers enquiries for other special events and life celebrations.
