Majestic Moon Party & Event Center

Majestic Moon Party & Event Center is a Waterloo, Iowa venue for weddings, receptions, private celebrations and corporate events. Its two-storey building has an upstairs and a downstairs ballroom, each measuring around 5,000 square feet. The rooms can be hired separately, allowing two events to take place at the same time, with independent entrances and accessible facilities on both levels.

The lower ballroom can accommodate approximately 135-150 guests, while the upper room can host around 225-250, depending on the table layout. Neutral interior colours provide a flexible backdrop for different themes and decorations. A stocked bar, free Wi-Fi and private access for each level add practical amenities for organisers and guests.

The venue welcomes a broad range of occasions, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, birthdays, graduations, reunions, baby showers, retirement celebrations and corporate meetings. It also hosts charity events, job fairs, craft shows, religious and cultural celebrations, holiday parties and other gatherings. Wedding parties can enquire about multi-day packages that keep related celebrations at the same location, and the venue can hold gifts overnight between bookings.

The local, family-operated team offers planning assistance from the initial consultation through to the event itself, working with clients on the details and arrangements. Organisers can discuss room capacity, packages and their event requirements directly with the team. The venue is available by appointment, making it suitable for planners looking for a bookable ballroom setting for a private or business occasion in the Waterloo area.
