Schlossberghalle in Ortenberg is a municipal venue with an event hall and a three-part sports hall. The two hall areas are connected by a foyer. Event organisers can apply to the municipality to use the rooms. Whether a booking goes ahead depends on written confirmation from the municipality. Enquiries from people outside the area may also be considered, provided this does not affect the needs of local users.

The event hall is suitable for approved events and can be used either in part or in full, depending on requirements. Items such as a stage, sound system, kitchen and foyer can be requested for planning purposes. Crockery, glasses and other kitchen utensils can be provided by arrangement. The three-part sports hall is another area of the complex and can also be requested for suitable uses. Availability and facilities should be checked directly with the municipal administration in advance.

Important for planning: according to the municipality, the venue is generally not rented out for private celebrations because of noise restrictions. All uses are also subject to the local rules of use, applicable fees and the municipality's requirements. Applications should be submitted well in advance, as an enquiry alone does not count as a confirmed booking. The room is only available on a binding basis once written confirmation has been received. Schlossberghalle is therefore primarily intended for event organisers and clubs whose plans comply with the municipal terms of use and who are looking for a functional hall in Ortenberg.
