The Acacia Suite

The Acacia Suite is an exclusive-use venue in Willaston, near Nantwich, for weddings, private celebrations and other special occasions. Its rooms can be hired together or used separately, giving organisers options for both smaller gatherings and larger receptions. The venue also offers packages that combine room hire with food, drinks and event support.

The Anthony Mathie Dining Room is the largest space, with a bar, dance floor and mood lighting. It can seat up to 100 diners, or host up to 120 guests for a more informal gathering, and a partition can create a smaller area. The Douglas Cooke Lounge and Bar offers a more intimate setting, with seated capacity for around 50 guests. For couples planning a civil ceremony, the licensed Ceremonial Room can seat up to 80 people. A separate room is available for wedding preparations, while the garden provides an outdoor backdrop for photographs.

The venue caters for weddings, birthday parties, christenings, family occasions and remembrance gatherings. Wedding options can include exclusive use, a ceremony, drinks and canapés, a seated meal, an evening buffet and coordination. Other example packages cover christenings and evening parties. Organisers can discuss menus and arrangements with the in-house team, which can help with timing, room layouts, food and drinks, and support during the event.

Located on the outskirts of Willaston, the suite has a private car park with accessible spaces and step-free, single-level access. Its flexible rooms and practical event assistance make it a useful choice for organisers seeking a dedicated venue for a celebration in the Nantwich area.
