Huis Dubois is an event venue in the protected historic brewer's house of the Dubois family in Oudegem. The venue hires out its rooms for business meetings and private celebrations, combining the character of a listed building with a range of indoor and outdoor spaces. Organisers can use the venue for meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops, training courses, team-building activities and after-work gatherings, among other events. IT facilities are available in the old salon for presentations. Businesses can also use the venue for a more informal event or a festive gathering.
There are also various options for private occasions. Huis Dubois welcomes wedding receptions and ceremonies, celebrations for newborns, communion and spring celebrations, birthdays and other family gatherings, among other events. The salon, with its grand piano, is well suited to receptions and gatherings with a homely feel. The old coach house is a separate space and provides access to the walled garden. Outside, the garden offers room for open-air events, with tent pavilions available as an additional option. The Apple Tree tent provides shade in sunny weather, while the Magnolia tent can be used all year round and heated if necessary.
Thanks to this combination of historic indoor spaces, a garden and tents, the setting can be adapted to the type of gathering and the season. Huis Dubois is suited to organisers looking for a venue for both business events and personal celebrations. The team will discuss the options for the chosen date and the intended use of the spaces, so organisers can tailor their programme to the venue.
