The Beach House

The Beach House is a lakeside venue in Pine Lake, Georgia, available to hire for meetings, parties, special occasions and other gatherings. Set beside the water, it offers organisers a relaxed setting with views of the lake and a large screened porch. Garden doors connect the porch with the indoor space, making it easy for guests to move between the two areas and enjoy the surroundings.

The venue can accommodate up to 125 guests. Its facilities include a warming kitchen for preparing or keeping food warm, Wi-Fi and a platform suitable for performances or presentations. This combination makes the space adaptable for community celebrations, family occasions, small receptions, meetings and events with a programme or speaker. The natural setting also provides a distinctive backdrop for gatherings that benefit from a quieter atmosphere away from a conventional hall.

The Beach House is managed by the City of Pine Lake, which handles venue enquiries and reservations. Organisers should contact the facility manager to check date availability and follow the city's booking process, including submitting a rental agreement and arranging the required deposit. Events that continue after 10pm require security arrangements. Grilling is not permitted at the Beach House or in the park. The venue's position near the lakeshore and its indoor-outdoor layout offer event planners a practical space for bringing guests together in a scenic setting.
