The room can accommodate up to 50 people and is available to hire for family celebrations, meetings and small business gatherings. These could include christenings, birthdays, communion celebrations and weddings, as well as brainstorming sessions and team-building days.

The room is available to hire for an evening, a day or several days. Hire periods and available dates vary throughout the year, so please enquire about the schedule in advance. You can hire the venue and decide how to organise your gathering yourself. Tables and chairs are provided, along with a kitchen and kitchen utensils. If you would like to provide refreshments for your guests, optional packages include soft drinks and wine, cheese, meat, fish or salmon platters, and desserts. Platters are available for groups of 30 people or more.

The room is in a peaceful, leafy setting, with views of the Vonder and the church tower of Hoogstraten. The rural surroundings also offer opportunities for taking photos or enjoying a break outdoors. The surrounding grounds can also be hired, subject to availability. There is plenty of parking on the estate. Organisers who need more capacity can enquire about the availability of the larger room at the youth hostel as well. Get in touch for information about hire, options and availability.
