Camperdown Plaza

Camperdown Plaza is an outdoor event venue in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, set within a mixed-use district of shops, restaurants, hotels and entertainment. Its open-air plaza offers organisers a central location for gatherings, with the surrounding businesses adding places to eat, stay and spend time before or after an event.

The plaza hosts community events throughout the year and also considers enquiries from organisers wishing to hold an event on site. The outdoor setting can suit occasions that benefit from a public, downtown atmosphere, including community gatherings, seasonal markets and private events. The team also accepts requests from professional photographers who would like to use the plaza as a photoshoot location. Photography sessions require advance approval and a permit.

Located near Falls Park and the Peace Center, Camperdown Plaza is within walking distance of downtown Greenville attractions and amenities. Parking is available in nearby garages, and the plaza provides accessible routes into the space. Outdoor tables offer places to pause, while public facilities are available during business hours.

Organisers can contact the Camperdown team to discuss event use, vendor participation or photography permits. The plaza's calendar also gives visitors and planners a sense of the community activities hosted there. With its open-air character and central location, Camperdown Plaza offers a distinctive setting for events that make use of Greenville's downtown surroundings.
