Lodi Grape Festival

Lodi Grape Festival offers event organisers a choice of indoor halls and grounds in Lodi, California. The venue has more than 75,000 square feet of rentable indoor space, with rooms suited to different event sizes and formats. Organisers can enquire about private functions, meetings, trade shows, sporting events and other gatherings, then discuss availability and arrangements with the venue team.

The bookable spaces include the Barrel Room, Burgundy Hall, Cabernet Hall, Chardonnay Hall and Jackson Hall. Capacities range from smaller gatherings to events for up to 500 people. Depending on the room, facilities include tables and chairs, restrooms, kitchenettes, bar areas, a PA system or a catering kitchen. These amenities give planners useful options when comparing layouts and event requirements. Catering is not presented as the core service, so organisers can ask the team about their plans and requirements when making an enquiry.

The wider grounds provide ample parking and RV facilities for groups, including water and electrical hookups and a dump station. The site is close to Highway 99 and Interstate 5, making it accessible for visiting guests and suppliers. Event organisers can request pricing, check dates and arrange an appointment to view the facilities. The grounds host their own annual festivals too, but the venue is also available to external organisers looking for flexible space in the Lodi area.
