Parochiezaal Bouwel rents out two multipurpose rooms to associations and private individuals looking to organise an event or gathering. The upstairs room can accommodate up to 180 people. The downstairs room, which is L-shaped, is suitable for up to 60 people. This allows organisers to choose a room that suits the size of their group. The lawn can also be used with either room, subject to availability and arrangements concerning simultaneous hire.

The rooms are rented with a kitchen and heating. The kitchen and rooms are equipped with items including plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee-making equipment, refrigeration and various kitchen utensils. Fryers are also available, depending on the room chosen. Reception tables, serving trays and bain-maries are also available. Drinks such as water, soft drinks and beer are purchased through the venue. Wine and cava can be ordered separately.

The room can be requested using a reservation form. Organisers are asked to provide details such as their preferred date, room, event and expected number of attendees. The kitchen is available from 10 am and the rooms from 11 am. The rental conditions and house rules also set out the practical arrangements for using the rooms and cleaning up afterwards.

Parochiezaal Bouwel is therefore a practical venue for a range of association activities, gatherings and private occasions where a room and kitchen of your own are needed. When planning, do bear the house rules in mind: parties are not permitted, and there are rules concerning noise, drinks and use of the rooms.
