The Cheviot House

The Cheviot House is an intimate venue in Cincinnati, Ohio, available for private celebrations, small weddings and business gatherings. Its compact size makes it suited to events where guests can meet and socialise in a more personal setting. The venue accommodates up to 38 people seated in banquet style or 40 standing, making it a practical choice for smaller guest lists.

Social bookings can be used for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, wedding showers, gender reveals and other celebrations. Couples can also enquire about a micro wedding package, while businesses can book the space for meetings, training sessions, consultations, pot-luck gatherings and company parties. The venue does not have a dance floor, so it is best suited to events that prioritise conversation and a relaxed gathering.

Depending on the booking, the venue provides tables, Chiavari chairs and table linen, along with a prep kitchenette. Other available amenities include a Bluetooth PA system, a television, chafing dishes and serving utensils. Booking time includes set-up and clean-up, and additional hours may be arranged. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp for mobility access.

Organisers can request a booking online or contact the venue to discuss their plans and arrange a tour by appointment. Optional services such as mobile bar service, balloon decor, photography, floristry and catering are offered through separate preferred vendors, allowing planners to enquire about additional support while arranging the venue hire.
