Barn of Coatesville

Barn of Coatesville is a family-owned venue in Coatesville, Indiana, offering a rustic barn setting for weddings, receptions and other private celebrations. Organisers can use the indoor barn and outdoor grounds, with the choice of holding a ceremony beneath the pergola or inside the barn before moving into the reception. The property includes a pond and fountain, landscaped outdoor areas and an outdoor bar set in a grain silo, providing several settings for guests to gather and for photographs.

The barn's floor layout can be arranged to suit the occasion, with space for dining tables, a head table and a dance floor. Venue hire includes access to indoor and outdoor areas, parking, getting-ready rooms for the wedding party, a food-serving area and an indoor bar. Selected decorative items, tables and chairs are also available as part of the venue setup. Wedding packages include time for a rehearsal, while additional décor and equipment can be hired to tailor the room to the event.

Couples and organisers may choose their own food vendors, giving them flexibility over catering. The venue's team can also discuss help with food service arrangements. Beer and wine are handled through the barn, and the venue provides an accessible site with golf carts available to assist guests who need them. With space for celebrations of up to 300 people, Barn of Coatesville offers a distinctive countryside location for weddings, family gatherings and similar events. Organisers should note that the barn is not climate-controlled and that the venue typically does not host events from November through March.
