Stichting Dorpskerk van Opperdoes en Almersdorp
- Kerkebuurt 16, 1674 ND Opperdoes, Netherlands
The layout can be adapted to suit the type of event. There are around eighty fixed seats in the church pews, as well as approximately fifty loose chairs. The venue has power outlets and an adjoining foyer, Ôos Honk, with toilets and kitchen facilities. Above the foyer is a simple room that can serve as an artists' room or dressing room. This allows organisers to combine the church space with practical facilities for guests and staff.
The foundation behind the venue manages the building and makes it available for religious, cultural and community activities. Civil and church wedding ceremonies are also possible. The historic setting offers a quiet place to gather for a condolence reception or funeral. Next to the church are a terrace and the Kerkeboetje, a small quiet room.
Dorpskerk is suited to event planners looking for something other than a standard function room, a historic venue that can be used flexibly. Contact the foundation to discuss availability, the preferred layout and the options for your event.
