The venue includes a lounge with a fireplace, a bar, a fully equipped kitchen and a large roof terrace with barbecue facilities. A large LED wall, microphones, loudspeakers, a webcam, Wi-Fi and flexible seating are among the facilities available for presentations and hybrid conferences. Sound and lighting equipment for celebrations is also available.
Organisers can arrange their own catering, hire a caterer of their choice or get help planning a catering option. On request, the team can also help with equipment, the event schedule and extras such as a photo booth. The venue is reserved exclusively for each event. Technical support is provided for conferences, while additional services for celebrations can be arranged individually.
Das LOFT is in Hagen and offers free on-site parking. Visits can be arranged by appointment in advance. This gives event planners the chance to view the rooms, facilities and possible seating layouts beforehand, and agree on an arrangement that suits their event.
