The Centre @ GracePlace

The Centre @ GracePlace is a community-focused venue in Duncanville, Texas, offering indoor space for gatherings, meetings and a range of local activities. It is the fellowship centre of GracePlace Church and a non-profit community outreach facility, with a family-oriented approach to events and use of the building.

The venue welcomes enquiries for occasions such as celebrations, meetings, arts and educational activities, recreation, spiritual gatherings and locally based community services. Its indoor spaces range from approximately 1,500 to 5,568 square feet, with capacity for up to 200 guests seated at tables. The property also has around 200 parking spaces, making it practical for groups arriving by car.

Organisers can contact the centre to ask about availability and arrange a walkthrough. Bookings are subject to the venue's guidelines: activities should reflect the church's values, gatherings must finish by midnight, and cash bars, open bars and BYOB are not permitted. For-profit gatherings are also not accepted, so organisers should check that their plans meet these requirements before enquiring.

The Centre is suited to organisers seeking a community setting rather than a conventional commercial function venue. The team handles enquiries by appointment, and prospective users can discuss their gathering and the available space directly with the venue. Its combination of flexible indoor rooms, substantial parking and a clear community purpose makes it an option for eligible meetings, celebrations and other group activities in the Duncanville area.
