Still not picked up after more than 3 weeks

We rented a toilet for 11 weeks. It was delivered on schedule, but unfortunately, weekly cleanings weren't always available. Sometimes it wasn't done because of a holiday, sometimes because of staff shortages, sometimes because it was locked. We had previously stated where the key was.
Then it was deregistered at the end of June. It hasn't been picked up yet, and of course, it hasn't been emptied. The toilet stinks, 3 meters from our kitchen window and next to the neighbors' patio in the middle of summer.
I've called several times. Since July 17, I've been told every day that she's scheduled for pickup today. Unfortunately, this hasn't happened.
Maybe I should charge a fixed rent. Never again Sani Rent!

Very satisfied!

Wow, rented a toilet trailer from sani-rent. We are so happy. Really neat, clean and completely complete with soap, towels, toilet paper etc.
We also received compliments from our guests about the luxurious toilets!
