In Aubigny, Vendée, La Cabanière offers three reception rooms for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. The spaces cater for a range of event formats, from group meetings to large receptions, with stated capacities of up to 218 people in Étoile, 473 in Ambassadeurs and 773 in Aréna. The rooms are flexible and, depending on the package, come with a stage, lighting, sound system and dance floor. On-site parking is available, and the venue states that it is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The venue offers support with planning the different parts of a reception, including weddings, corporate meals, CSE events and association meetings. Catering is available on site, with served menus, buffets, cocktails and packages tailored to groups. To extend the celebrations, next-day meals and generous dishes, including recipes prepared in large quantities, are also among the options described. The options and schedule can be discussed based on the date, number of guests and atmosphere you are looking for.
For wedding receptions, the team offers packages covering the drinks reception, dinner and celebrations, with customisable menus and on-site coordination. The music and lighting equipment help organisers hold the evening celebrations in the same venue as the meal. Organisers can request a proposal combining a space, catering and entertainment. La Cabanière also hosts a programme of shows and tea dances, while offering its rooms for hire for events organised by external organisers.
