The Rock House at Reynolds Lake Oconee

The Rock House at Reynolds Lake Oconee is an intimate event venue in Greensboro, Georgia, suited to small weddings, board meetings and gatherings that call for a distinctive setting. Inspired by a turn-of-the-century hunting lodge, the building combines rustic character with views of Lake Oconee.

Inside, stone walls and a high, timber-beamed ceiling give the room a warm, lodge-like feel. Fireplaces add a welcoming focal point, while the large veranda provides an outdoor area overlooking the lake. Together, these features make the venue a good fit for couples seeking a more personal wedding setting, as well as organisers planning a small meeting or private occasion.

The Rock House is one of several event spaces offered by Reynolds Lake Oconee. Its events team can help organisers explore the venue and discuss event requirements. For weddings, the wider Reynolds offering includes support with reception arrangements, food and drink choices, event details and recommendations for local suppliers. Couples can also enquire about other wedding-related gatherings and accommodation across the resort.

With its intimate scale and distinctive architecture, The Rock House offers a different atmosphere from a large ballroom or conference centre. It gives event planners a characterful lakeside location for occasions where the setting is an important part of the guest experience. Organisers can contact Reynolds Lake Oconee to discuss availability and suitability for their event.
