Hanslope Village Hall

Hanslope Village Hall is a community venue available to hire for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, meetings, exhibitions, shows, discos and other gatherings. Its two halls can be booked separately or together, giving organisers options for both smaller occasions and larger events.

The large hall measures approximately 14 by 10.8 metres. It can accommodate up to 160 people seated closely or dancing, around 120 with tables and chairs, or 60 to 80 when a full stage is in place. The smaller hall is approximately 7.5 by 4.6 metres and can host up to 50 people seated closely, or around 40 with tables and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with serving hatches is available to support event catering.

Tables and chairs are provided on site, and additional items can be hired, including a stage, LED lighting and speakers, table coverings and two pop-up gazebo-style tents. The hall also has Wi-Fi, blackout blinds and licences for various forms of entertainment and music, with permission required for some uses. Step-free access, an accessible toilet and disabled parking help organisers plan for guests with access needs. On-site parking is available for around 20 cars, with further parking nearby.

The venue is available for hire from 8am until 11:45pm. Organisers can check availability and submit booking requests through the online calendar, or contact the hall manager to discuss viewings, regular use or event requirements. Current hire conditions and rates are provided online, with different rates for residents, non-residents and regular users.
