Ocean5

Ocean5 is a flexible event venue in Gig Harbor for organisers planning celebrations, company gatherings and community events. Its spaces range from private rooms and lounges to larger event areas, with options for partial or full venue hire. Organisers can work with the events team on room layouts, schedules, food and service, with audio-visual facilities available for presentations and programmes.

The venue explicitly welcomes weddings, offering couples space for dinners and receptions, tailored menus and the option to add activities for guests. Corporate clients can arrange meetings, team gatherings and celebrations, with catering and entertainment available in the same location. The venue also hosts birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, fundraisers, school events and other private or community occasions.

A distinctive feature is the range of activities on site. Groups can book ten-pin or duckpin bowling, try the two-storey laser arena, use the Topgolf Swing Suites or play in the arcade. These can be incorporated into event packages or added to a customised booking, giving organisers options for both structured programmes and informal social time.

Food and drink are provided in-house by the Table 47 culinary team. Event menus include buffet and plated meals, shared dishes, appetisers and bar options, with customisation available for the occasion and dietary needs. Depending on the booking, the venue can provide event support, room set-up, catering coordination and equipment such as screens and microphones. Organisers can enquire about private spaces, activity-based packages and larger bookings to find a format suited to their group.
