434 Fannin

434 Fannin is a private event venue in downtown Beaumont, Texas, set in a historic building with a characterful, industrial feel. Renovations have brought out features such as original brickwork, steel beams and concrete floors, while the open layout gives organisers room to shape the space around their event. At nearly 4,000 square feet, it can be arranged for gatherings starting at around 75 people, with a maximum seated capacity stated by the venue of up to 296 guests. The suitable layout and capacity will depend on the event plan.

The venue is available for private hire and can provide a distinctive setting for receptions, parties, weddings and other celebrations. Saturday bookings include access from the morning through to midnight. Tables are supplied and set up by the venue, and the team handles post-event clean-up. Chairs and linen are arranged separately, giving planners scope to select a look that suits their occasion.

Food is brought in from an off-site caterer chosen by the organiser, rather than prepared in an in-house kitchen. The venue can also connect clients with local suppliers, which may help when building an event team. Its central location places it within walking distance of downtown Beaumont's museums, restaurants and other event spaces. Organisers can enquire about dates and discuss the requirements for their gathering directly with the venue.
