Kastelenhof hires out three characterful function rooms in a green setting in Stekene. The venue is suitable for a wide range of gatherings, from an intimate dinner or birthday party to a wedding, corporate party, reception or exhibition. Organisers can choose the space that suits their party and planned event.

Kasteelzaal has an authentic feel, with fireplaces, high wooden ceilings, chandeliers and a separate lounge. It can host a dinner for up to 40 guests, although it is often used for smaller groups. Grote Zaal can accommodate up to 250 people, with space for a dance floor and a mezzanine that can also be used as an alternative if the weather is poor. For a smaller-scale celebration, there is Koetshuis. It can accommodate up to 60 guests seated at round tables, around 120 visitors for a reception or about 90 for a party or walking dinner. Koetshuis also has a spacious terrace.

Outside, there is around a hectare of garden. It offers opportunities for ceremonies, receptions, photos and time spent with guests. The rooms can be hired without a compulsory catering package. Organisers are welcome to choose their own caterer, allowing them to tailor the arrangements and budget to their requirements. Anyone who would like help finding a suitable caterer can ask Kastelenhof for suggestions. The venue thus combines a historic atmosphere with the freedom to make personal celebrations and business events your own. For practical information and bookings, organisers can contact the manager and the person responsible for reservations directly.
