Stillwater Event Center

Stillwater Event Center is a wedding and celebration venue in Stillwater, Minnesota, offering organisers a dedicated place for ceremonies, receptions and private gatherings. Its main reception space has a neutral look that can be styled to suit different wedding themes, with tables, chairs and selected linen colours included. The centre also has an adjoining outdoor patio with a pergola, plants and café lighting, giving couples an option for an outdoor ceremony or a relaxed space for guests to mingle. Indoor ceremonies are available too, so the ceremony and reception can take place at the same venue.

The venue is particularly suited to weddings, while also welcoming other occasions and events. The main floor can seat up to around 215 guests, depending on the layout. A bridal suite is available as an optional addition, and ceremony bookings include staff support to reset the room between the ceremony and reception. On-site parking is available, and tours are arranged by appointment.

Food and drink can be planned alongside the venue booking. Scheel's Catering is the exclusive caterer, preparing meals in the on-site commercial kitchen and working with organisers on menu choices, from dinner service to late-night snacks. The centre's bartenders offer hosted, cash and capped bar arrangements, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. Optional rental items include coloured tablecloths, cloth napkins, chair covers, sashes and table runners. With venue hire, catering, bar service and selected event essentials available in one location, Stillwater Event Center gives wedding and event planners a practical setting for coordinating a celebration in the St Croix Valley.
