The Everly

The Everly is an event venue in Mentor, Ohio, offering flexible spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations. Couples can host a ceremony, drinks reception and dinner with dancing, using the ballroom, patio and surrounding grounds. The venue also welcomes bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations of life.

For business organisers, the spaces can be arranged for workshops, conferences, product launches, networking events, team-building sessions and award ceremonies. Smaller rooms can serve as breakout areas or separate dining spaces, while the ballroom can be arranged for larger gatherings. Capacity depends on the layout, with the ballroom accommodating up to 250 guests for weddings and up to 300 in a theatre-style corporate setup.

The venue provides tables, chairs and house linen as part of its rental options. Outdoor patio use is available, with an indoor alternative for events affected by poor weather. Couples can also use a dedicated preparation space, and the property offers photo locations and parking. Audio-visual upgrades are available for corporate functions.

The Everly's event producers work with clients on planning and room design, and the team handles set-up and pack-down. Organisers can select a caterer from the venue's preferred list, giving them flexibility over the style of food and service. With adaptable rooms, event support and options for both private and professional occasions, The Everly gives planners a venue they can shape around their event.
