Church Point Manor is a historic estate in Virginia Beach available for weddings and selected private events. Built in 1860, the restored property combines a Victorian manor, landscaped English and French-style gardens, mature oak trees and outdoor gathering areas. The venue hosts weddings for up to 100 guests in most seasons, with a smaller winter guest limit. Couples can use the gardens and grounds for ceremonies, while the manor's Cellars provide indoor lounges and dining space. The Cellars include intimate rooms and a bar, and the estate also has a French Country-style Carriage House. For weddings, that cottage provides private preparation space and an included two-night stay for up to six people. The venue supplies selected tables, chairs and ceremony items, with its team handling setup and breakdown of the included furnishings.

Church Point Manor also accepts a limited number of other bookings, including rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, milestone celebrations, small corporate retreats, holiday parties, community dinners and photography or film sessions. Availability and the spaces used depend on the event and guest count, with pricing prepared individually. Outside caterers are arranged separately, and couples can choose from the venue's listed catering partners.
