Aspen Falls Venue

Aspen Falls Venue is an outdoor event setting in the mountains of High Rolls, New Mexico, suited to weddings and a wide range of private and corporate gatherings. Couples and event planners can choose from several venue packages, with options for a short weekday celebration, a longer event day or an exclusive weekend stay. The grounds provide scenic locations for ceremonies, receptions and photographs, including a waterfall, pond, ridge platform and grassy areas.

Facilities include a covered dance floor, a stage, an outdoor bar and kitchen facilities for use by the event's caterer. Depending on the package, venue provisions can include tables, chairs, linens, setup and pack-down, security and parking assistance. Wedding coordination is also available, including support on the day and, with selected packages, help with the rehearsal. A tent, fire pits and outdoor games are among the available features and additions. Organisers may bring in catering, with facilities on site to support food service.

For gatherings that extend beyond the event itself, the property offers five cabins and seven RV sites. The cabins vary in size and include kitchen facilities, while RV pitches have water, septic, electricity and Wi-Fi connections. Weekend packages can include overnight accommodation for guests, use of the grounds and space for a rehearsal dinner. Other optional touches include a charcuterie board and a s'mores bar. The venue hosts weddings, birthdays, graduations, family reunions, anniversaries, quinceañeras and corporate gatherings, with package capacity and access times varying by option.
