The Barn at Holly Farm

Holly Farm offers leadership and corporate team-building workshops in a working farm setting in Bothell, Washington. Designed for groups and organisations, the sessions use guided, hands-on activities with horses to explore communication, trust and how people work together. No riding is involved, so participants can take part without needing equestrian experience.

The farm's team-building programme can be arranged for a range of group needs, from a shorter workshop to a longer session. Working alongside horses gives teams a practical way to notice how they communicate, respond to one another and approach shared challenges. The experience is shaped around interaction and reflection rather than a conventional meeting-room format.

Holly Farm is also home to horses and other farm animals, with educational activities and animal experiences forming part of its wider programme. Organisers can ask the farm about options for their group and the suitability of activities for their aims.

Please note that The Barn at Holly Farm's website currently states that the barn is closed to events. The active Holly Farm website separately advertises corporate team-building workshops, so this description focuses on that service rather than private-event venue hire. The farm is in Bothell, within reach of communities including Woodinville, Mill Creek and the wider Seattle area. Advance arrangements are required for visits.
